How to Play

Think you’ve got what it takes to outlast your friends? This isn’t just a card game  it’s a fitness face-off. Follow the steps below and see who can flip, sweat, and win their way to the full deck.

How To Play

🎴 Setup

  • Shuffle a full 52-card deck.
  • Deal cards evenly, starting from the dealer’s left:
    • 2 players → 26 cards each
    • 4 players → 13 cards each
  • Keep all cards face-down — no peeking!

▶️ How to Play

  1. The player to the dealer’s left goes first.
  2. On your turn, flip the top card into the center.
  3. Continue clockwise until someone flips a high card (Jack, Queen, King, Ace).

💥 High Cards = Exercises

When a high card is revealed, the next player must lay down extra cards and complete exercises:

High CardCards to LayExercise Reps
Jack15 reps
Queen210 reps
King315 reps
Ace420 reps

Cancel Rule: If another high card is revealed, the challenge resets to that card.

🏋️ If No Cancel Happens

  • The last player lays all required cards.
  • They must complete the exercise on the final card, doing reps from the original high card.
  • The player who played the original high card collects the pile under their deck.

🔁 Example Round

  • Player 1 flips an Ace → Player 2 must lay 4 cards.
  • Player 2 flips a King → Cancels the Ace → Player 3 must now lay 3 cards.
  • Player 3 lays 3 cards. If no high card appears, they do 15 reps of the final card’s exercise.
  • Player 2 (who played the King) collects the pile.

🏆 Winning the Game

The first player to collect the entire deck wins!

Every round without a cancel = more workouts for someone 🍑
