Circle of Squats
The ultimate squat card game — fun, fast, full-body fire.
How to Play:
Flip cards in turn.
High cards (J Q K A) = Action:
Jack 5 reps · Queen 10 · King 15 · Ace 20.
Only another high card can cancel it!
If no one cancels, perform the move on the last card laid.
If you can’t complete it, repeat the previous visible card instead — keep those cheeks moving.
First to collect the full deck wins.
No breaks. No mercy. Just squats. 💥
Summarised Version
Shuffle the full 52-card deck.
Deal the cards evenly starting from the left of the dealer.
2 players = 26 cards each
4 players = 13 cards each
No peeking — cards stay face-down!
💥 High Cards Mean Action!
When a high card appears, the next player must lay down more cards and everyone completes the reps:
Jack = lay 1 card / do 5 reps
Queen = lay 2 cards / do 10 reps
King = lay 3 cards / do 15 reps
Ace = lay 4 cards / do 20 reps
But — only another high card can cancel that!
If a high card is played in return, it resets the count.
